1. Nature of the Service

Oria Player is a media player application only.
It is designed to allow users to play their own content using:
M3U playlists
Xtream Codes API credentials
Other user-provided media links or sources
The application does not provide any media content of its own and does not include any preloaded videos, channels, or libraries.

2. No Content Provision

Oria Player:
Does NOT host, provide, or distribute any media content
Does NOT include any built-in streaming content
Acts only as a technical tool for media playback
Users are fully responsible for all content they load into the application.

3. User

Responsibility
Users must ensure that:
They have legal rights to access and use any content added to the application
They comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country
ORIA DIGITAL LIMITED does not verify or control user-provided content.

4. Google Play Compliance

Oria Player is designed to comply with Google Play policies by:
Functioning exclusively as a media player tool
Not providing or distributing copyrighted content
Not promoting or facilitating access to unauthorized content
The application is intended for lawful use only.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via:
PayPal
Stripe
Other authorized payment processors
We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Refunds and chargebacks are handled according to the policies of the respective payment providers. Abuse of chargebacks may result in suspension of access.

6. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
All activities performed under their account
Ensuring proper and lawful use of the application
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the application
